Cliff is a police officer with 15 years of experience and has held the following positions: rank of Sergeant, SWAT Operator and Sniper, SWAT team leader, street gang enforcement officer, lead active shooter instructor and training supervisor for all department training. Cliff is a veteran in the United States Marine Corps and served in the infantry. Cliff also attended University of the Pacific prior to his law enforcement career.
